Join us for a pop-up, art therapy group centered on presence, shared reflection, and the quiet power of making in community. Together, we’ll hand-build small figures and sculptures, beginning with intentional silence—slowing down, noticing breath and sensation, and allowing our hands to move without pressure or expectation.
